1. I Speak Real Estate
Do you know what CMA, BPO, LTV, CC&R, REO or MLIC stands for? OK, I made up that last one, but if you weren’t sure, don’t worry. Like all highly specialized fields, real estate has its own language. I speak fluent real estate and can translate for you.
2. My Search Engine Is Bigger Than Yours
In the age of the internet, everyone has the same access to information, right? Not true, since only Realtors® and appraisers have MLS access, including sales history and super secret agent notes. But it’s not just proprietary information—I actually know where to look. I can quickly access everything you ever wanted to know about a property and a few things you didn’t even know you wanted.
3. Drama? Hard Pass
Negotiation can be a stressful and emotional process—especially when a home you love is on the line. I understand what others don’t—that in a good real estate deal, everyone’s happy. I’ll ethically and fiercely guard your interests, putting you first and help you understand what’s important (and what isn’t). My goal is always a win/win deal.
4. I Don’t Know It All
But I know who does. An exceptional agent knows what they don’t know and has relationships with the best people to get the best answers. From my amazing contract coordinator to the lenders and title companies I work with—if I don’t have an answer, I sure know someone who does.
5. Strict Code Of Ethics
Blah blah blah boring…but important. As a Realtor®, I adhere to a strict code that far exceeds what’s required of me as a basic real estate agent. But I don’t stop there. Integrity and trust are not something I am simply required to do, they are who I am. I can’t help it, it’s just how I’m made.
6. Things You Didn’t Even Know Were Things
When buying or selling a home, there are a myriad of hidden details lurking within every part of the process. Details you probably never imagined existed. Details that have a way of surprising people at the worst possible moments. Luckily, I specialize in anticipating the un-anticipatable (please don’t look that word up). I keep track of every ball in the air and make sure not a single one gets dropped.
